Heuristics
UX design heuristics are established guidelines or principles used to evaluate and improve the usability of digital interfaces (websites, apps, software). They act as a practical checklist for designers to identify usability problems and create more intuitive, user-friendly experiences. The most widely referenced set is Jakob Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics, developed in the 1990s and still used today.
